How do I find the right support?

Use the wellness planner if you are unsure, or search directly for therapists, therapies, events, courses, venues, and resources if you already know what support you want.

Why do some bookings need practitioner confirmation?

Many therapies begin with a booking request so the practitioner can confirm fit and availability. Free discovery sessions and auto-confirmed offerings can move faster.

When do I pay?

Paid events, courses, and subscriptions go to checkout immediately. Practitioner sessions may require confirmation first unless the practitioner enables auto-confirmed bookings.

What can Diana help with?

Diana can answer common platform questions, suggest where to go, and triage support needs. Sensitive, urgent, account-specific, billing, refund, or complaint issues are routed to a human.

Are locations public?

Exact private details are not shown publicly by default. Practitioners, venues, and businesses can verify map pins and decide what should be visible.

What is a community manager?

Community managers can help with content, profiles, events, enquiries, and chat support. Finance, ownership, permissions, and sensitive system settings stay with admins.
